Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well-being. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant so that we can advise on treatments and customise techniques that are safe for pregnancy. For your comfort we have a no smoking policy throughout the spa.
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your Spa Consultant (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may direct your treatment options.

We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can record your current spa needs and details, offer you a refreshment and the opportunity to relax in the reception lounge.
Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.
To make the most out of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.
Please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability for their loss.
Our complimentary teas shall be offered to you on your arrival and also the end of your treatment. Your spa therapist will complete the consultation process with you to ensure that your visit to Purity Spa is personally tailored to your requirements. Throughout treatments, the body will be modestly covered at all times.
At the end of your treatment you will have time to change and prepare yourself to rejoin the world, totally relaxed and at peace with your inner and outer being.
Due to strict Health & Safety guidelines, children are not permitted in any of the treatment rooms or reception room.
Gift Vouchers and Account Balance Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We are happy to extend expiry dates, but only if requested within 6 months after the original expiry date.
Gift Vouchers and Account Balance Payments are non-refundable.
Please remember to bring your Gift Voucher to your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late appointments may not be honoured.
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. 100% of the treatment cost will otherwise be redeemed from the voucher.
The treatment must be received during the validity period stated on the voucher.
Specific services such as Weddings, Hen Parties/large bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If an appointment is cancelled without the required 24 hours minimum notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Deposits are fully refundable where a cancellation takes place more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. In addition, deposits are also required for the below services:
30% for bookings over 2 hours
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your booking time. Where 24 hours notice is not given, 30% of your appointment fee will be charged and the account must be settled before any further bookings can be made.
